- All marshals to be onsite @ PLC for 06:00 to register
- No parking for Marshals at PLC or on Dr. Murphy Place
- Car pool where possible
- Convent car park will be open from 05:45
- Make sure you have your phone full charged
- Parking Marshals report to Billy Treacy at front of PLC for briefing @ 06:10
- Parking Marshals to be in position @ 06:20
- Wear warm high-viz clothing
- Marshal Briefing will be in the Registration Room in PLC @ 08:10
- All Marshals to attend Marshal Briefing unless otherwise instructed (some marshals have to stay in their positions)
- Know who your Lead Marshal is at all times (Pool/Bike/Run/Transition/Parking)
- Have their number in your phone
- Race Live from 08:30
- All Marshals to be in Race Positions by 08:30
- Text updates will be issued throughout the day to all marshals as the race continues
- Encourage Athletes
- Remember almost 50% of participants are doing their first ever triathlon. They’ll be nervous and excited so every shout & clap helps!
- Show them we’re the best & most welcoming little club in the country
- Everyone Returns to PLC when race is complete to do the final clean up - 2pm
